This one-way gondola ride that takes you from ground level to the park operates 8 a.m.-8 p.m. There are many escalators and elevators, and there’s even a gondola which is free of charge and departs from the corner of Mission Street and Fremont Street. The park is 1 1/2 blocks south of Market Street, and stretches between 2nd Street and Beale Street. EventsĮvents include free yoga classes, concerts, silent disco nights, swing dancing, and and movie nights under the stars. General InfoĪreas include a bamboo grove, walkable glass floor, amphitheater for up to 1000 people, childrens play area, fountain, and a walking trail around the perimeter.

Salesforce park takes up almost 4 blocks, and sits in the heart of the Financial District, above the city streets. Officially known as the “Salesforce Transit Center”, this rooftop park opened to the public (after some initial delays) in May 2019. On the right is 181 Fremont – the 3rd tallest building in San Francisco and home to Facebook and luxury condos. In the center is Salesforce Tower – the tallest building in San Francisco.
